Two sets of ejection units of our interval machine adopts new-style single cylinder ejection structure, which ensures the independent operation of ejection and feeding. Because of this, the interval injection molding machine can be used to process the products with different packing materials both inside and outside. The products can be well processed at one time. Hence, the low shrinkage degree greatly improves surface appearance and quality of the products. In addition, the design of hydraulic circuit reduces the pressure of oil passage, lowers energy consumption, and ensures high-precision hydraulic control.
What's more, the machine adopts advanced injection molding technology. With a set of combined type of nozzle and pipes added, the machine can inject two kinds of molten plastic into mold cavity through nozzle and pipe at the same time or at intervals. This enables the outer layer of the mixed molten plastic to cover the inner layer material closely.
